Welcome to Lookly. By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Lookly is a mobile application that uses AI to analyze photos of products, food, and other shopping-related scenes, providing labels, descriptions, and contextual recommendations. Output is generated by third-party AI models (Google Gemini) and is provided for informational purposes only.

2. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Lookly Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription via Apple's App Store, with monthly (¥18) and yearly (¥98) tiers. Prices may vary by region.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your iOS Account Settings. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple per its refund policy.
Free uses (3 lifetime) are available before subscription is required. Free use is per-device and not transferable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or violates anyone's rights.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the App or its API.
Use the App to provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice to others.

4. Disclaimer — AI Output Is Not Advice

The App's labels, recommendations, ingredient analysis, and dietary suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. They are not a substitute for medical, nutritional, allergy, legal, or financial advice. Always verify packaging, consult a professional for health-related decisions, and exercise your own judgment.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its branding, and its codebase are owned by Kiko Studio. You retain ownership of the photos you submit; you grant us a transient, processing-only license to analyze them as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

3. 可接受的使用

您同意不会：

提交违法、侵权、有害或侵犯他人权利的内容
逆向工程、爬取或滥用本应用及其 API
利用本应用向他人提供医疗、法律、金融或其他专业建议

4. 免责声明——AI 输出非专业建议

本应用的标签、建议、成分分析和饮食提示由 AI 生成，可能存在错误。它们不能替代医疗、营养、过敏、法律或金融领域的专业建议。请务必查看商品包装、健康相关决定咨询专业人士、并依靠您自己的判断。

5. 知识产权

本应用、品牌及其代码归 Kiko Studio 所有。您保留对所提交照片的所有权；您授予我们一项一次性、仅用于分析的处理许可，详见隐私政策。

6. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按"现状"提供，不作任何明示或默示担保。我们不对因使用本应用引起的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。

7. 变更

我们可能更新本条款；更新后继续使用即视为接受。
