Privacy Policy

Kiko Studio ("we", "us") operates the Lookly mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle when you use the App and what choices you have.
1. Information We Process
- Photos you submit. When you take or pick a photo and ask the App to analyze it, the photo is sent to our backend for one-time processing by a third-party AI vision model (Google Gemini, accessed via OpenRouter). The photo is not retained by us after the request completes.
- EXIF metadata (optional). If your photo contains GPS coordinates and capture time, the App reads them on-device and sends a coarse location (country, city, neighborhood) and time-of-day to the AI model so the analysis can be context-aware. You can disable Photos location access in iOS Settings to opt out.
- Device identifier. A locally generated random device ID is sent with each request so we can apply rate limits and prevent abuse. It is not linked to your Apple ID or personal identity.
- Subscription receipts. When you purchase a subscription, Apple provides a signed transaction receipt that we validate to grant access. We do not collect your payment details — Apple handles payment.
- Saved annotations (on device only). The App stores your past annotations locally using SwiftData. They do not leave your device unless you explicitly share or save them to Photos.
2. What We Do Not Collect
- Your name, email, phone number, or Apple ID.
- Your precise GPS coordinates (we resolve them to a city-level region on-device before any network call).
- Photos beyond the moment they are being analyzed.
- Contacts, calendar, microphone, or other unrelated permissions.
3. Third Parties
- Vercel hosts our backend infrastructure.
- OpenRouter / Google Gemini performs the image analysis. Photos are processed under their respective privacy policies and are not used to train models.
- Apple handles payment, subscription management, and TestFlight distribution.
4. Data Retention
Photos are not retained on our servers. Request logs (without photo content) may be kept for up to 30 days for debugging and abuse prevention.
5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly process data from children under 13.
6. Your Rights
Because we do not maintain personal accounts, there is no user data tied to you to request, correct, or delete. To remove all on-device data, uninstall the App. To cancel your subscription, use the iOS Manage Subscriptions screen.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.

Kiko Studio（"我们"）运营 Lookly 移动应用程序（"本应用"）。本政策说明在您使用本应用时我们会处理哪些信息，以及您可以做出的选择。
1. 我们处理的信息
- 您提交的照片。当您拍照或从相册选图并请求 AI 分析时，照片会被发送到我们的后端进行一次性处理。处理由第三方 AI 视觉模型完成（Google Gemini，通过 OpenRouter 接入）。请求完成后我们不会保留照片。
- EXIF 元数据（可选）。如果照片包含 GPS 坐标和拍摄时间，本应用会在设备上读取它们，并将粗略位置（国家、城市、街区）和大致时段发送给 AI，使分析更贴合上下文。您可以在 iOS 设置中禁用照片定位权限来停用此功能。
- 设备标识符。本地随机生成的设备 ID 会随每次请求发送，用于限流和防滥用。该 ID 不与您的 Apple ID 或真实身份绑定。
- 订阅凭证。当您订阅时，Apple 会提供一份签名后的交易凭证供我们验证以授予权限。我们不会收集您的支付信息——支付完全由 Apple 处理。
- 本地标注记录（仅本机）。本应用使用 SwiftData 在您的设备本地保存历史标注，除非您主动分享或保存到相册，否则不会离开您的设备。
2. 我们不收集
- 您的姓名、邮箱、电话或 Apple ID
- 您的精确 GPS 坐标（在任何网络请求前都会先在设备上解析为城市级别）
- 除分析当下之外的任何照片
- 通讯录、日历、麦克风以及其他无关权限
3. 第三方
- Vercel 托管我们的后端服务
- OpenRouter / Google Gemini 执行图像分析。照片处理遵循其各自的隐私政策，且不会被用于训练模型
- Apple 处理支付、订阅管理和 TestFlight 分发
4. 数据保留
我们不在服务器上保留照片。请求日志（不含照片内容）最多保留 30 天，用于排错和防滥用。
5. 儿童
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会有意收集来自 13 岁以下儿童的数据。
6. 您的权利
由于我们不维护个人账户，没有与您本人绑定的用户数据可以查询、更正或删除。要清除本机所有数据，请卸载本应用。要取消订阅，请在 iOS 上前往"管理订阅"。
7. 变更
本政策可能更新，最新修订日期会在本页顶部显示。
